Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on heng787. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your real name, an alias, or another person's details — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your MyKad, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. heng787 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team at support@heng787.my immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on heng787 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the official currency. heng787 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience.

Heng787 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider before making a deposit. All successful deposits will be credited to your heng787 account instantly.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their heng787 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the heng787 support team at support@heng787.my. Where a valid balance exists in the account, withdrawals will be processed in the usual manner, subject to a final review.

10. Limitation of Liability

Heng787 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or system failures beyond heng787's control.
• Betting or game outcomes that are not in the player's favour.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

In any event, heng787's maximum liability to a player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the liability claim. heng787 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or that it will meet all player requirements.
